Shipping

Thank you for visiting Mrondo and making your purchase.
Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping and Returns Policy.
Shipment processing time
All painting orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders other than paintings are processed within 2-7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.Please allow additional shipping days for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping and delivery estimates
Mrondo's paintings offer free worldwide shipping. Mrondo charges for shipping on items other than paintings.
Shipping charges may apply for custom orders and will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order details. Delivery delays sometimes occur.
Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing your order as we cannot reschedule packages.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be valid within 24 hours.
Duties and taxes
Mrondo is not responsible for any duties and taxes that apply to your order. All charges (duties, taxes, duties, etc.) charged during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Penalty for damages
Mrondo is not responsible for any product damaged or lost in transit. If the order you received is damaged, please take a few pictures of the damaged area and contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged painting, please save the damaged box so that we can file a claim with the shipping company immediately. They will need to look at boxes and paintings to investigate. All our merchandise is fully insured.
If you receive a damaged product, we are ready to replace or refund for free. But only after we received the original item.
Communicate
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sale@mrondo.com.
